Conduct research and provide insight and tools for developing the capacity for dialogue between individuals, within teams, across cultures, and through ideology.

To solve our complex problems requires a common understanding of reality. Yet, seeing a common reality is impacted by our passionately held positions on what is right, true, just, and sacred. How might solutions be available for what seem to be intractable debates and divisions? The mission of Talking Toward Truth is to uncover and promote how skilled dialogue can make a positive impact.

The mission is especially addressed to those who lead others or help leaders in their leadership roles. Our core belief is that discerning the right organizational direction is dependent on the quality of the dialogues that leaders create around them.

The t3 model visualizes a balanced use of voices and moves that create dialogic space. As we become more agile in moving among the four voices of Curiosity, Empathy, Transparency, and Authority, transformation is more likely to emerge. After taking the survey on the t3 model, you will immediately receive by email a personalized feedback report. Your responses are secure, protected and totally confidential. In addition to gaining personal insight, you'll be contributing to the research project on the skills required for transformative dialogue.
